Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Sports Massage
Kristy was a personal trainer for 10 years and applies her knowledge of athletic movements to her massage designed for highly active people. Engaging in various sports can be harsh on the body and potentially lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and helps to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Chair Massage ($2 per minute)
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location or provide within the spa. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
Costs vary depending on if I serve you within the spa or at your location.
Typical rates for on-site chair massage are $2 per minute, however, rates may vary based on number of those treated as well as additional charges based on your location or venue. (After all, if I am to provide massage on-site, travel expenses become a part of the equation).

On-Site Massage (Prices Vary)
What is On-Site Massage?
Chair or table massage is provided at your location. The base starting rate for on-site work is $190 and includes a 60 min Swedish massage. (Additional massages will be added at the usual advertised rate for others to be treated at the same location on the same day.)
Through the years I have provided on-site massage as a way to bring massage therapy services to clients who prefer to relax and simply desire to do so in their home, work or travel location. Examples of this are corporate chair massage being offered to employees, a family who all receive massage therapy (adults and children) where family treatment in the home saves the expense of child care, or those who can not drive or simply find the spa atmosphere might be intimidating.
I do offer chair massage for unique events such as weekend retreats where participants elect to sign up for 10 to 90 min massage increments on either the chair or the table! These special events are pre-planned and times/dates are reserved in advance.
Additionally, I travel out of state for those who have assembled groups who wish to have a massage therapist with them (sporting event participants, dance teams....and even recreational travel groups)!
