About Kristy
Kristy Medo is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 16 years experience providing therapeutic massage treatments which are customized to suit the needs and collaborative treatment plans of each individual client using a variety of eastern and western modalities such as Tuina, RUIT™ (Repetitive Use Injury Therapy), Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release, integrated with her own varied pressure and techniques learned through developing strength and conditioning programs for personal training clients of all ages, and body types. She has also worked with clients affected by PTSD, physical injury, assault, prolonged disability and the onset of Alzheimer's.
For those who do not enjoy the 'heavy handed' approach, Kristy also prides herself in providing a sensational experience through synchronizing the flow of her massage with the tempos and sound of the music selected for a completely integrated massage.
